Delivery & Returns

Customers who specify that they would like Next Day Delivery should expect to receive the goods by the next working day. Orders should be placed before 3pm in order to ensure this. orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders for next day delivery on a Friday (before 4pm) will still be posted but there is no guarantee for Saturday delivery. Orders on Saturday & Sunday are dispatched on the next working day, Monday.

Standard UK Delivery: £2.99 – Our aim is to delivery all items within 2 – 5 working days with 95% of items being delivered within 3 working days.

Next Day Delivery: £6.99 – Delivery next day if ordered before 4pm, see above.

International Delivery: £6.99 – Delivery within 3 – 15 working days. Please note, when posting overseas orders can be held in your own countries (non EU) customs for up to 30 days. We ask customers wait through this period as orders are generally delivered in this time.

Returns

If your order is faulty, damaged or defective from HollysBodyBible.com, we will happily provide an exchange or a refund on condition that:

WE RECOMMEND THAT RETURNS ARE PROPERLY AND SECURELY WRAPPED AND ARE SENT VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY/GUARANTEED SIGNED DELIVERY SERVICE TO ONECM AS WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR RETURNS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST.

Please do not send any other correspondence to this address other than returns as it will not be accepted.

All International (non U.K.) returns should be declared as ‘unwanted’ returns? for customs purposes.

We usually process a refund or exchange within 2-3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of the refund. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

We do not refund postage charges on ordered goods. Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer and we highly recommend it’s sent recorded delivery.
